The Christ Journey is Christ anchored psychotherapy. I offer private, in-depth counseling by telehealth for believers who want their mind, nervous system, and story cared for in the light of Scripture, not generic self-help.
I walk with Christians carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, work and ministry pressure, or questions of identity and calling, helping you find clarity, steadiness and peace in Christ.
